George Business Chamber Events
The George Business Chamber holds events every month throughout the year which brings both members and non-members together for the purposes of marketing and networking.
Sponsored by a current member company, networking is the process of establishing a mutually beneficial relationship with other business people and bringing together like minded individuals who, through relationship building, become walking, talking advertisements for one another.
- Network Evenings: 17h30 to 20h00
- Network Mornings: 07h30-10h30
Chamber members bring their business cards and information and network with each other while having a light snack and refreshment beverage.
Invitations are two week prior to the event and bookings are received via email. Morning sessions are exclusive to member, 1 representative per 1 industry with 5 minutes to each do their introduction.
Evening sessions includes Service Excellence Awards and New Members Intro by way of a 60 second introduction.

GBC Loyalty Awards
are held every alternate year to recognise our service of 5, 10 & 15 years for their loyal uninterrupted membership.

a morning session facilitated by an accredited training provider on various aspects of improving business skills in the workplace.
Annual Golf Day
A popular annual event and opportunity to treat staff or business clients or team building exercise. It offers good exposure for your business by sponsoring prizes, green and tees.
