The George Business Chamber Members and guests were treated to an EXCEPTIONAL networking function held at Kwagga Cuisine.

Annemie van der Merwe - Teacher, Chef and function coordinator at Kwagga Cuisine, introduced herself and Tertius Nel - Executive Chef and teacher at Outeniqua High School, and told members about the various functions they cater for, such as weddings, company functions, birthdays, corporate meetings etc.

The décor was very elegant and the delicious meal was beautifully served. It was prepared by the students under the watchful eye of Annemie and Tertius. This was a memorable function.

New Chambers members who had the opportunity to introduce their companies were Chris Henning from Ipixel, Paul Fick from New Plant Nursery and Chris Lessing from Outeniqua Diesel.

The next networking function will be on the 23rd July. The Chamber is still taking nominations for Business Person of the Year 2009. For more details please contact Colleen at             044-8743349
